acedb-other software package provides retrieval of DNA or protein sequences, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install acedb-other
acedb-other is installed in your system.
Make ensure the acedb-other package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep acedb-other *
You will get with acedb-other package name, version, architecture and description in a table
